You are going to the first cruise?

Landing
Each cruise begins with registration of passengers on the liner in the terminal in departure port. This procedure is similar to registration of passengers at the airport. It begins, as a rule from 12:00 and comes to an end 2 hours prior to departure.

In case of a delay or cancellation of a flight the passenger should inform in due time the cruise company and agency on the changed conditions of flight.
On a registration rack it is necessary to show cruise documents and the international passport in which at you will check up presence of visas of all countries where the liner will come. You will be photographed and will get cruise plastic card. Onboard it replaces the identification card, the admission with the liner, a key from a cabin and a purse. In each port, leaving the liner and coming back employees of security service will read out a bar code of your card and verify your person with a photo in base.

Luggage
After registration you need to hand over luggage having pasted on it luggage labels. Pay attention that the information on labels – a surname, a name and cabin number should be correctly specified. The luggage will be delivered in your cabin – usually, within an hour after liner departure.

Onboard
After passage of customs and boundary formalities you will hand over the passport for all time of cruise — passports are stored in one place and all customs formalities are observed, without disturbing passengers for this purpose. Also at landing you will be suggested to grant some sum of money (deposit) into your onboard account. Under customs laws it is impossible to pay off with cash or a credit card on the liner, only with a cruise card. Cost of all additional services, drinks and made onboard purchases will be written off from your onboard account automatically (you show a cruise card and sign the check)
Upon termination of cruise final settlement will be made — to you will give the account with instructions of your expenses onboard which is necessary for paying cash or a card.

A food
At all cruise companies a food is included in cruise cost.
Your breakfast can pass on an open deck, can at restaurant where you will be surrounded by care of waiters or you can order a breakfast in a cabin.
During the lunchtime to you will offer various salads, snack, hot dishes and refined desserts in one of liner restaurants.

The supper never will leave you indifferent. You can choose a buffet at the basic restaurant or reserve a little table in one of additional restaurants of the liner. Many cruise companies besides three meals a day also offer the visitors restaurants and bars where it is possible to have a bite free of charge between the basic food intakes.
Such drinks as tea, coffee, juice for a breakfast and potable water are offered free of charge.
All other drinks in bars are offered for an additional payment.
