Medical insurances are obligatory for all passengers as embassies of many countries demand presence of the insurance for registration of entry visas. We also recommend to insure permit cost on a case of cancellation by you of cruise, especially if you get the permit some months prior to departure. How to reserve places on cruise?
If you have already chosen a route, date of departure and a cabin category, the agency will make booking according to your order. For all routes the deposit is provided at a rate of 30-50 % from an overall cost of cruise for each passenger.
It is necessary to remember that for cruise travel presence of entry visas is required (sometimes in some countries) for which registration time is necessary. Therefore we recommend to address beforehand in agency for booking of cruise and registration of necessary visas.

Procedure of payments
If it is not specified differently in the Contract in Tourist service, definitive payment of cruise is made not later than 75 days prior to date of departure of a vessel.

Conditions of cancellation of cruise
Refusal of cruise is accepted only in written form. At refusal of cruise the passenger should return all written documents. In case of a loss of cruise permits cruise cost doesn’t come back.

On occasion modification of booking is authorized after have been written out cruise documents. Thus the penalty is raised from the passenger $100 – 200. As there are no exceptions to the rules of cancellation of booking, we recommend to passengers to insure cruise cost on a case of its cancellation.
